Theory
Law currently resides mainly on two philosophies, being natural law and legal positivism; each perceived to be at odds in their collective doctrines. No clear axiom defines integrity in collaboration of perspective.
Material law appropriates as an axiom to define natural law and legal positivism in their combined application; thus defined as Mediative Law.
Application
Mediative Law upholds justice and the application of Law.
Natural and legal positivism would facilitate each other in the administration of law by application of this format. The acknowledgement by way of an absolute truth defines natural law and upholds positive law in the absolute.
