Defining Law and Justice Empty Defining Law and Justice

Sun Feb 25, 2018 6:59 pm
Statement

Justice is the legal or philosophical theory by which fairness is administered and is a necessary requirement in the application of law as being its integral function. However the concept of justice differs in every culture with no clear axiom in which to define justice in its definition

A definition of law and justice is necessary for defining truth and the application of law.

Theory

By proxy justice is a necessary requirement in the application of law as being its integral function.

Definition of Law

law is defined by the word, which is constructive sound to see over an internalised measurement.

Law is definable as a "measurement at the highest point of constructive sound".

Definition of Justice

Justice in the absolute is defined as “the undertaking of action to uphold a truth”

Conclusion

Law is therefore the defining of truth.

Justice is the movement of truth defined.

The law in perspective then can only be defined in the absolute by the acknowledgement of an absolute truth.
